No, you can make an appointment directly with any of our specialists. For insurance claims, some insurers may require a referral โ€” please check with your insurance provider.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring your NRIC or passport, any previous medical reports or scans, your current medication list and your insurance card (if applicable). Arrive 15 minutes early to register.

Do you accept my insurance?

Yes โ€” we are a panel hospital for all major local and international insurers including Great Eastern, AIA, Allianz, Prudential, Cigna, Bupa Global, AXA and more. Direct billing is available for most policies.

Is there support for international patients?
