1. Agreement

By booking an appointment, visiting our premises or using this website, you agree to these Terms and to the policies of Sunway Medical Centre Sdn Bhd.

2. Licensing & regulation

Sunway Medical Centre is licensed by the Ministry of Health Malaysia under the Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 1998, accredited by the Joint Commission International (JCI) and certified by the Malaysian Society for Quality in Health (MSQH).

3. Payments & admissions

• Deposits may be required for planned admissions — speak with our Admissions team
• Rates published on the Room Rates page apply on the date of admission
• Guarantee Letters (for insurance) must be verified by our billing team

4. Cancellation

See our appointment policy for rescheduling and deposit forfeiture rules.

5. Clinical care

All clinical services are provided by licensed medical practitioners registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC). While we strive for best outcomes, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

6. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law. Otherwise, maximum liability is limited to the fee paid for the relevant service.
